Emily is great at communication and got me in right away for my oil change. She was even able to arrange an inspection for a minor radio issue while it was there. I was lied to by the service department. I was told I would get a $250 discount on my deductible and that never happened. They charged us for a front wheel alignment and they never perform I was told I would get a $250 discount on my deductible and that never happened. They charged us for a front wheel alignment and they never performed one. I know because the Tesla detected no alignment and turns of traction control, full-self driving, and slip control, also lane departure detection gets turned off. They gave us the wrong bill. He tried to charge me a $750 deductible when I was sure my deductible was only $500. And it was. Horrible, horrible. Never again. More
