I’ve never encountered such unprofessional, immature behavior in a business setting — let alone from sales managers. Amos Ayers and Sam Rodriguez acted like petulant children when things didn’t go their behavior in a business setting — let alone from sales managers. Amos Ayers and Sam Rodriguez acted like petulant children when things didn’t go their way. Instead of resolving concerns respectfully, both resorted to raised voices, eye-rolling, and hostile body language — all completely uncalled for. Amos in particular seemed to lose his temper at the drop of a hat, while Sam Rodriguez made it clear he had zero interest in actual customer service. They both behaved as if basic decency and accountability were beneath them. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and a complete waste of time. This kind of volatility and lack of professionalism is exactly why people dread car dealerships. If Betten Baker wants to preserve its reputation, it might consider hiring adults who know how to manage conflict — not throw tantrums. Steer clear. More
