I was an employee at the time I leased a vehicle from them. After signing and going over all my paperwork I noticed a major issue with all the numbers. MSRP on vehicle is $88,655 and they submitted to GM them. After signing and going over all my paperwork I noticed a major issue with all the numbers. MSRP on vehicle is $88,655 and they submitted to GM Financial $91,555. GM Employee discount is $80,472.22 they charged me $83,821.21. They told GM Financial that I added $5,194.22 in accessories which included carpet bedliner, DVD headrest, hard tonneau cover and wheel kit. When in reality I never added any of those. All I did was transfer my rims off my 2023. I spoked to Chris Baker and he told me to deal with Bob Dunkleburger. Weeks of back and forth with them both Bob tells me "He is waiting for stuff from GM Financial" I asked what adn ghost mode. Then finally he tells me "turn it in at the end of the lease. That GM will come after us or we will pay the difference in residual value. You will not be in the hook for the difference. The only issue would be the residual value nothing to do with what your truck is worth. So if your not turning the lease in then there is nothing we are going to do. The xxxx was done was to increase residual value so your payment would be less" That is his excuse as to why they did what they did. I would read all your paperwork and call the lease company and ask for all paperwork and verify you were charged correctly and this hasn't happen to you. GM Financial is currently working with me to correct the issue and GM Employee discount program is too as why I was charged over GM Employee pricing. I traded my 2023 in and had equity in the trade.
