Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! I went in to Baja just to shop for a car and worked with Eli, I was only there with the intention to look around. Eli told me he could get me in a car I went in to Baja just to shop for a car and worked with Eli, I was only there with the intention to look around. Eli told me he could get me in a car for $500 down, and about $399 a month. When I told him I wanted to think about it he began acting like a child throwing a fit and telling me he worked hard to get me approved for $500 down. Once I gave him the $500 I began to get the run around. I got the car, was told they found a bank to finance me and that I would receive a green slip in the mail. The green slip never came. I called for the EDRS number or green slip and they never gave it to me. A full month later I called. Still no green slip and this time Eli was so rude, yelling and screaming over the phone about how we needed to come in and sign some new paperwork. New paperwork for what. Four days later Baja ran my credit...again. Come to find out they never had a bank finance me. They took my down payment without getting me financed and wanted me to come in to sign new paperwork to see if they could get a new bank. The next morning I went outside to see that they had taken the car and marked it as a repossession. My car payment was not due until June 29th. They took the car on June 20th. 9 days before I could even make my first payment because they did not have a bank to finance me. Eli was happy to take my money. So now they have the money and the car and I am out my deposit and the car. This company is scam! They only care about getting your cash. When I called them to see why they took the car and ran my credit a month later Byron told me the finance manager was doing shady deals and several other customers were calling with the same complaint. If you want to deal with a reputable dealership stay away from Baja. I had a friend who also purchased a car from them and laughed at me when I told her what I was going through. Her response was, "Did you not see what I went through when I dealt with them?". Let me tell you ignore what kind of deal they are trying to offer you. They only want your money, they could care less about you. The check engine light and the airbag sensor light was also on in the car. I had to take it to a shop for one week. Go spend your money elsewhere. More
