I was looking to trade a 2013 F150 XLT for a 2019 or 2020. At the time I was looking, in late April,, there were great incentives on 2019's and 2020's. I started looking, online, at dealerships in Florida, where I spend the winter and found nothing that suited my needs. I then chatted with several dealers in NY via their websites and received an email back from Ryan Shook, a salesperson from Bailey Ford, the next day. He knew what I was looking for and suggested a Magma Red 2020 F150, that was on their lot. I had to do everything via the internet, emails, and text messaging, but we were able to reach a deal that was satisfactory to me. Ryan was very cordial and helpful prior to my purchase, and, when I picked up my vehicle, after my return to NY, he went through, and helped me navigate, the many features of the 2020, since my 2013 was not that well equipped. I had dealings with Bailey Ford in the past for my 2013, and the dealership is close to where I reside, so that's why I decided to purchase through them. The transaction went smoothly, even in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic, and the finance manager made everything easy to understand. Since my purchase I have communicated with Ryan on follow up questions I have had, and have always received cordial and knowledgeable responses. This family-owned dealership has been in my area for many years, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle, but especially for pickup trucks, because of their large inventory. Also, being able to view the inventory online, have an online chat, and then have a salesperson respond so quickly and make the transaction seamless, even from a distance, was much more convenient than having to drive to various dealers and not find what you're looking for. I look forward to working with the folks at Bailey for many of my F150's maintenance needs. More

I had many choices of dealerships to chose from closer to my residence I chose the 30 mile trip to Bailey Ford. I first browsed the new car inventory online and requested information on a 2018 Ford EcoSport. Typically i was expecting to get flooded with phone calls and automated emails after inquiring on line. This was not the case. It was refreshing to get a e mail from real people, not some automated canned reply. My sales person Kathleen Rowe was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the EcoSport and answered every question flawlessly. I was introduced to Andrew Bailey the GM of the company who was also very friendly and helpful. The finance manager was great explaining all the fine print and the gentleman who linked my Iphone to the car was very helpful as well. The overall experience I had with the buying process was very satisfying. The follow up conversations were spot on. I would recommend Bailey Motor Company to anyone looking for a new or used car. They seem to do the "no nonsense" sales and make you feel like part of the family. More
