Cost of service is outrageous, and getting you to do things that are not needed! For instance, I bought the wheel package and wheel alignment for life was included there - however, service got me to buy things that are not needed! There is either miscommunication between service and sales; or they are fraudulently practicing business -- in the hopes that the customer forgets what they buy into at time of Sales! In short, I recommend this dealership but BE VERY CAUTIOUS about what they promise/sell you! More

Trustworthy and professional. I've been taking my 2017 Prius there for five years and will continue to do so. My last service appointment, though, was somewhat disappointing when I've been taking my 2017 Prius there for five years and will continue to do so. My last service appointment, though, was somewhat disappointing when they sent me home with an clanking and rattle in my left wheel area. I called the next business day and they took me right away. They were very apologetic but the mechanic had lost one of his sockets in my car. So I am wondering if they test drove my car after repairs were done. In the future, I will make sure they do that.
