I recently leased a 2013 Outback. David was great to work with throughout the entire process - from setting up the lease parameters to his thorough explanations of the smallest details. He was extremely prof with throughout the entire process - from setting up the lease parameters to his thorough explanations of the smallest details. He was extremely professional and helpful, and made me comfortable from beginning to end. He presented different payment scenarios and worked hard to get me in a vehicle within my budget. I would have liked to get a little more value out of my trade-ins (thus the 4/5 for price) but his explanation of how those numbers were determined was up front and honest. I had limited interaction with Garrett but he was efficient with the final paperwork and answered any questions that arose. I would highly recommend David and entire Baierl Subaru team. More

My experience buying a 2013 Subaru Impreza was a generally painless experience. I got a great trade-in value on my car, and the model that I wanted was available. The only hiccup came when the interest rate was a little higher than what I was expecting, but due to the model that I bought, I believe that is out of everyone's control. The 4/5 on the customer service is due to the waiting time during the process, as I sat around a good amount while paperwork was being processed, mainly due to end-of-year sales.
