Bad wheel alignment I discovered that my 2016 car would not pass inspection due to a bald tire resulting from the alignment being out of whack. My mechanic suggested bring the car to the dealer to see if Subaru would discount the price of 4 new tires. Brandon made no promises but said he'd do his bet for me, and gave me a loaner car so he could keep my car overnight. The next day I emailed him scans of two previous tire rotations I'd had performed during my 17 months of ownership. The upshot was that Subaru paid for a new wheel alignment and agreed to only charge me 50% of the usual price for 4 new tires. I was very satisfied! More

Easy and efficient to make appointment; no waiting once at the dealership. Brandon explained to me that what I called door seals were an add on that the prior owner must have installed, and recommended to just remove, which I agreed too. He made sure I knew what the charge would be -- $20.00, which ended up being only $10 since I had a thank you coupon. Waiting room is comfortable, and got my car back pretty promptly, all nice and shiny clean. More
