I was just starting my car search My husband and I were just coming to look to see if we were even going to consider the a Subaru Forester ; we helped our son purchase a used Subaru Le My husband and I were just coming to look to see if we were even going to consider the a Subaru Forester ; we helped our son purchase a used Subaru Legacy here last June I have only driven it once but was impressed by nice it drove for being a 2009. We test drove a 2015 forester and ended purchasing it the price was good and the car was in excellent condition also the trade in value they give for our vehicle was more than exspected. This is the four vehicle we have purchased off bairel dealerships over the years the second in less than a year from bairel Subaru. I would highly recommend them. More

Good Service and communication Something that could be improved is the overall traffic flow into the service area. Bottleneck at the door as people enter. One person at a time so there are times when service is busy that cars to be checked in are lined to the road and it is difficult to even enter the dealership from Rt. 19. Staff are friendly but as you enter - there's a small space for check in and customers stack up along the glass wall in this area. Not clear if you should go to the person you're working with or stay stand in line with everyone else at the door. This customer flow needs improvement. Experience with Darren was great! More
