I bought a 2002 Hyundai sonata march 2012 . They told me it was in good condition and was very dependable. In July I took it to get a noise checked out and my WHOLE ENGINE was bad. I bought the car for $3,000 and I ended up putting about $1,500 into the engine, transmission and brakes. I would NOT advise anyone to ever buy a car from here. A car should be an investment not a waste of money. More
I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START SO I WILL MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT WENT TO BUY A CAR LISTED AT 4 GRAND. AFTER TRYING TO DRIVE THE CAR FOR 2 DAYS I WAS ABLE GO TO BODY SHOP WHERE IT WAS BEING HELD TO SEE A STORY SHORT WENT TO BUY A CAR LISTED AT 4 GRAND. AFTER TRYING TO DRIVE THE CAR FOR 2 DAYS I WAS ABLE GO TO BODY SHOP WHERE IT WAS BEING HELD TO SEE AND DRIVE LOVED THE CAR SO I WENT TO THE LOT AND DID BUSINESS WITH KYLE WHO WAS MORE THAN AWESOME. I WAS WITH JAY THE DAY BEFORE WASNT THE BEST SALESMAN. ANYWAY THEIR TITLE CLERK OR WHATEVER YOU CALL HIM WAS RUDE. BEFORE THEY GOT MY MONEY THE BOSS WAS HELPFUL ON A POSSIBLE TRADE OF MY VEHICLE STATING " ANYTHING TO MAKE A DEAL". WHEN I SAT DOWN THEY TOLD ME THE CAR WAS 5 GRAND EVEN THOUGH IT SAID 4. THEY STATED SINCE THEY WERE FIXING THE BODYPRICE WENT UP. THEY HAD EVEN LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST AT 4 KNOWING IT WAS IN THE SHOP. IF I WANTED IT TO TAKE IT FOR 4 I COULD BUT THE BODY WOULD NOT BE FIXED I AGREED BECAUSE I COULD GET ALL THE BODY WORK DONE MYSELF FOR WAY LESS THAN THAT EXTRA ALMOST 1600 THEY WERE ASKING (TITLE TAGS AND PROCESSING FEES RANGING MORE THAN 500).WE WORKED OUT A DEAL I PAID FOR CAR ON WED PICKED UP THURSDAY WAS NOT DETAILED AND SMELLED OF WET DOG DID NOT SMELL THAT WAY WHEN I TEST DROVE. NOT TO MENTION IN THE FEATURES STATED KEYLESS ENTRY AND REMOTE START BUT DIDNT COME WITH THE REMOTE WHICH WILL COST ME $180 INSTALLED, HEATED SEATS THAT DONT HEAT. BY FRIDAY THE CAR WOULD'NT START I PUT $500 INTO THE CAR BY SATURDAY. I SAID IT HASNT EVEN BEEN A WEEK YET MAYBE THEY WILL HELP SINCE IT IS STILL NOT COMPLETELY FIXED THEY REFUSED SAID "AS IS" EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. IT DIDNT MATTER THE SALE WAS DONE . THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME I BELIEVE THEY EVEN RIGGED UP THE DRIVER SEAT FOR IT TO PASS INSPECTION SINCE IT TO BROKE IN 1 DAY OF ME POSITIONING IT BUT HE DID OFFER TO LOOK AT THAT SINCE IT WAS AN INSPECTION HAZARD BUT SAID I WOULD HAVE TO DROP THE CAR FOR A DAY OR SO THE SEAT IS THE LEAST OF MY WORRIES I WANTED THE MECHANICAL ISSUES FIXED SO TO WRAP THIS UP THEY SUCK GET YOUR MONEY THEN DONT GIVE A F****. I AM A SINGLE MOM WHO SOLD A PERFERCT RUNNING TRUCK TO BUY A CAR TO HELP ME BETTER WITH GAS, BUT WITH ALL THE REPAIRS IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS I SHOULD'VE KEPT MY GAS GUZZLER. Went into the dealership because of a car they had advertised on auto trader took the car for a test drive and expressed my concerns about a couple of issues I had the sales man reassured me that it w advertised on auto trader took the car for a test drive and expressed my concerns about a couple of issues I had the sales man reassured me that it wasn't a problem they would take care of it needless to say I purchased the car on his word and when it came to resolving the issue they said you got a good deal and there was nothing that they were going to do and also come to find out they had one of there mechanics splice some wires together to take care of the air bag light being on I took the sales person on his word an feel now that was the worst mistake I ever made another problem I had with the car was the cv axles broke on the drive home again I was told they would take care of it no problem Long story short I got stuck with a 17 thousand dollar piece of crap I wouldn't recommend anyone to these thieves and I'm also in the process of taking legal action steer clear of this lot whatever you do. More

Salesman Jay told her to drop the car off at a mechanic on Tilden Ave. After the mechanic had the problem identified and the vehicle torn apart, GREAT BRIDGE AUTO told her the problem would not be covered. Nor was it covered under the WORTHLESS warranty they provide. RUN as fast as you can from this dealer -- Tim is a jerk and does not stand behind his vehicles. RUN RUN RUN the other way. More

The purchasing experience with Great Bridge was fairly quick and painless. We drove 4.5 hours from High Point, NC to purchase a 2005 Ford Excursion. Vehicle was fairly close to what Thomas, our salesman h quick and painless. We drove 4.5 hours from High Point, NC to purchase a 2005 Ford Excursion. Vehicle was fairly close to what Thomas, our salesman had described over the phone. He (Thomas) was very polite, in fact never talked about vehicle during the test drive, unless I asked a question, which is a plus. Brian, the finance manager was also very polite and professional. The only thing that bothered me was that Brian's office seemed to have an open door policy (employees in and out) while closing a deal with the customer. They definitely need a private for that. Other than that, I would more than likely purchase from them in the future. More
