Had A Deal about the Price and Then he Broke it! I wanted to sell my car and posted it on Craigslist. Tim sent me several emails asking me about my car, and called me. I asked "do we have a deal abou I wanted to sell my car and posted it on Craigslist. Tim sent me several emails asking me about my car, and called me. I asked "do we have a deal about the price?". He replied, "Yes, just come here and sell it to us." After 1.5 hours drive to their place, the guy named Tim just broke the deal and offered a new price $1,000 lower. And there is nothing wrong with my car. I would certainly not sell my car. Then he just threw $20 to me and said rudely, "For your gas". How can he do that?? It is even not polite. What about my fatigue, time, and depreciation of my car for driving 150 miles??? More

Bait and Switch spoke with Tim about a car at 4pm, came to a agreement on price, told him i would drive down next day to pay and pick up car, also said drive would ta spoke with Tim about a car at 4pm, came to a agreement on price, told him i would drive down next day to pay and pick up car, also said drive would take 3 hours to get there so have all paperwork ready so could pay and leave, drove down 30 minutes from shop, I call said would be there and was told everything would be ready, 15 minutes later i get a phone call and was told car was sold last night? then the person said come and I will show you some other cars. I was out of my freaken mind 3 hour drive and you tell me s---- like this, not how you do busines, i would not recommend this shop to my worst enemys. Bait and Switch is still alive at Great Bridge Dealership, by the way I asked to see the car anyway was told car was not there? STAY AWAY>>>>>>STAY AWAY More

Will NEVER Buy From Again! Will NEVER buy from again. Went to look at one SUV I saw listed online and when I arrived, it started rough and had a horrible knock in the engine. (T Will NEVER buy from again. Went to look at one SUV I saw listed online and when I arrived, it started rough and had a horrible knock in the engine. (They said they "still had to have it serviced"). I passed on it and Instead bought another SUV I liked. It was very clean and seemed perfect. The following day a check engine light came on and the vehicle would not shift. It had a MAJOR malfunction in the transmission and now I'm out over $7500. I had it checked out and the transmission has to be fully rebuilt due to a faulty radiator leaking coolant into the transmission. There is NO WAY the dealership could not have known about the issue. I saved up for well over a year to buy myself a "Nice" vehicle and they took my money and SCREWED ME! They would not take it back nor would they help. They ran me around in circles for days and the "Warranty" they included with the vehicle was a joke! They were VERY quick to find a loophole so they didn't have to pay for the repairs!! Horrible dealership with absolute xxxx vehicles. I must now either sell this vehicle at a horrible loss or have it repaired and be out another $4-$5000+ on top of the $7500 I just spent on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I have checked multiple sources and reviews for this dealership sense the indecent! I have found that MANY people have been getting screwed with lemon vehicles from Great Bridge Auto! I will be continuing efforts to ALERT as many people as possible and will not back down! I refuse to see other good hard working people get screwed by this xxx dealership! More

I heard about the dealership through a friend that had made a purchase there. The whole buying experience was easy going, hassle free and detailed. The associate Ryan that took me on was extremely knowled made a purchase there. The whole buying experience was easy going, hassle free and detailed. The associate Ryan that took me on was extremely knowledgeable about my potential truck and did not cut any corners as far as the truck and looking over every inch of the interior and exterior to make sure I was very comfortable in my purchase.
