Again we are sorry about your truck , We offered a 3 month 3000 miles warranty and after talking with warranty company I understand they are covering repair for you ,.As far as my employees speaking and acting that way towards you , this is not the way we want to do business . I have spoke to all employees and heard there side of story .After the discussion we all agreed that it is most important to make customers happy and do whatever is possible with in our means to make them happy .

I am just seeing y'all's reply. Yes I am very thankful I did buy the extended warranty. What y'all are failing to fess up to is I communicated with y'all several times trying to get help. Y'all had my truck towed to one of your shops that you use and it sat there for a week with no one touching it as I thought it was being repaired. I missed a couple days of work and I had to get a car rental. All of this I paid out of my own pocket because y'all let my vehicle sit at somebody else's shop. There was no communication. I finally had it towed out with my own money to Aamco. I asked y'all if you could cover my car rental and the tow since it was towed to a shop that was not repairing it and I was not even replied to. The last message I got was from one of your employees being extremely rude to me. I will never come back to y'all. Especially after the guy was screaming at me like a wild Banshee inside the store. Even a customer in the parking lot heard said something to me and left. They asked why I did not call the police. I Just cannot really believe how you handled service. And then when I went to sue you guys your business name is under a fictitious name. Even the lady could hardly find you who worked at the court system. She even told me companies like you are shiesty. The first time I tried to sue you the paper came back as undeliverable and I will so broke after following up with all y'all some steaks I could not afford to try and sue you again. Y'all make so much money doing people dirty at least you could do is when you screw up like this make it right. And I still have the messages that I kept sending you all and the emails. I tried so hard but y'all are the most uncouth unprofessional people. This is coming from a woman who owned her own business at the time. I would never treat my customers the way you did. You're very last sentence on the response was a complete lie. You should have called me up and told me something. I know you did not talk to your employees. All you care about is your greedy business. Your ultimate goal is not to make the customer happy. I am the complete truth about that. I truly still can't believe how y'all handled that situation. As for the rim I never got that fixed. It was not covered under the warranty. I've had the truck 2 years and the paint is all peeling off of it everywhere and everything keeps breaking. I put so much money into it that's it's pathetic. Please do not respond to this with another lie
