Great Experience I got the car I wanted at an AMAZING price. They even beat the interest rate that my bank quoted me. My only drawback is that the car had not been cle I got the car I wanted at an AMAZING price. They even beat the interest rate that my bank quoted me. My only drawback is that the car had not been cleaned out(beer cans in the back seat) and there was no gas in it but besides that, I totally recommend. More

2007 kia optima run around I made a appointment to see the car on January 31 which the car was price 1000 dollars when I went in febuary 4 the sale manager told me the car pric I made a appointment to see the car on January 31 which the car was price 1000 dollars when I went in febuary 4 the sale manager told me the car price went up to 3000 cause that was the blue book price for febuary he wasn't trying to honor me the sales price U was given when u made the appointment,so I left then a few days later I received a call from the dealership asking how my visit was the man told me he was a close friend to the owner and he would help me but I kept getting the run around from these people and had to call them atleast 5times hiwever i call today and got the sales manager the car went up 4,too he say tg st did work on it and that's the price and you not going to find a car 1000 dollars I then got off the phone.. Will not to to this car lot again More
Dealer/salesman lied CJ was friendly but he tried to get me to pay for parts that came with the car that had been removed prior to me seeing the car. I saw the auto on lin CJ was friendly but he tried to get me to pay for parts that came with the car that had been removed prior to me seeing the car. I saw the auto on line and called to make sure it was available prior to driving from Hampton 45 minutes one way. When I got there I discovered the rear seats where missing and after test driving the Honda I insisted on the original equipment seats be installed back to factory conditions. CJ returned from his talk with owner and insisted I pay for half of cost of replacement seats. I told him no and started to leave, upset over wasting my time and cost for mis representation of the car over internet and phone calls. He changed his mind before I left and saved the sale. I specifically asked about why only one key as I was concerned over high cost of possible 'chip' key costs. CJ told me this Honda did not use a "chipped" key. After I purchased the Honda I went to buy Walmart to get a new key only to find out it was a "Chipped " key. I went to Honda dealership and was told replacement key wasn't $2.00 Walmart key but a $140. Honda only replacement. I contacted local locksmith and cost for him was $5.00 cheaper than dealerships. Called CJ and he provided worthless contact information about "his guy" who appears to be out of business now. CJ lied specifically to me about a direct question. He as well as the dealership aren't of the high moral standards I have come to expect in this day and age of used car dealers and instant reviews. Between the owner trying to get me to pay extra for something that came with the car to the salesman who directly lied about the key after a direct inquiry to the high cost of a key that should have come with the car. That was almost four weeks ago. CJ has refused to get me any discount over the second key the car should have come with. I never asked for a free key only to get a key at his discount but he has refused to do this and also refused to pay out of his own pocket. I never asked him to pay anything only honor his word about the key. Beware of this operation. I do not recommend purchasing from this firm. More
