The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is because I couldn't haggle them down to the price I wanted. Mike L. was my sales rep. He was very attentive but not hounding/pressuring. He provided me plenty of time to look the vehicle over, rove around the lot inquiring about other vehicles, and a test drive that I was able to pick my route. Brian K. was the closing rep. He was very thorough and able to package me a good deal that included gap insurance and an extended service warranty. This was my first time doing business with a local dealer, (I've made 4 auto purchases dealing with make/model specific in the past), and I was pretty impressed. More

Poorest customer service I've ever had I originally wrote a review about the salesman CJ. He lied to me about a direct question on my purchase before the sale. It would have made a $140. Di I originally wrote a review about the salesman CJ. He lied to me about a direct question on my purchase before the sale. It would have made a $140. Direct difference in my cost of doing business with their company. Clearly he lied, the owner has tried to spin this off because "CJ is my best salesman ". This was his sole reason for keeping this guy even after he was made aware of the facts. After my original review, another rep named Tom Roberson injected himself into resolving this lie and he also promised not what I wanted but he was going to improve it by "taking care of me personally at his cost." The results are the same as CJ, inaccurate information and promises to resolve in full filled. Mr. Roberson has wasted three weeks of my time promising to fix CJ error/lie but what I now believe is the culture at Great Bridge Auto he failed. After this last week (third one by now) Mr.Roberson promised to take care of my issue personally. That was a week ago. After I left VM advising him that he has left me hanging. Mr.Roberson just left me a VM stating he was on vacation all this week. This is Friday of the same week he's on vacation, either he only took four days, makes business calls from his vacation day, or was his best excuse he could come up with on the fit (should have known he was going on vacation before making promises to resolve outstanding issue for the third week) . I've called the owner Tim Paash and let him know what has been going on because I wasn't sure he knew. Turns out he was aware of issues just not of what Mr. Roberson had been doing. I explained to Tim that I never asked for anything free but since CJ lied all I wanted was his dealers discount for missing second key for my car. Tim offered to replace $140. Key to resolve but I told him I that I don't think it was possible for his dealership to fix this issue since so many promises have gone down the tubes. If you choose to do bus with this company BEWARE, THEY WILL LIE AND COVER FOR EACH OTHER. RECORD ALL YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH THEM. You won't get it resolved but at least you could put it on YouTube. Final result, I will not try to get a discount from them for lie Salesman gave me and I will not accept free key because I'm telling the truth and I want everyone to know this. I never wanted anything for free and I don't want them to say otherwise to cover up the real story here. More
