His kindness and down to earth attitude led us to purchase are 2018 Chevy Tahoe. He along with all the other staff at Great Bridge really had a genuine personality. Chris and Nick did a great job in writing up the purchase, gave us a great deal and got us out in a timely matter. We loved the atmosphere with the music in the background, the casual clothing, and the shop dog really was awesome. The owner Jeff was so kind and made us feel comfortable. Not one time did I feel pressured. We have had a rough couple of months and they all made the car buying process very pleasant. The company made the transaction.for my trade in easy and the have me what I felt it was worth. The entire process took less than 2 hours and Tom the sales manager also helped make the deal happen.
