What a Blessing I went to Wine Automotive after going all over Hampton Roads. Trying to find my son a nice reliable car, to ease my worries. Well the first person tha I went to Wine Automotive after going all over Hampton Roads. Trying to find my son a nice reliable car, to ease my worries. Well the first person that greets me is a Salesman by the name you Mike. He had such a warm friendly demeanor, and he wasn’t pushy. In my head check plus. I explained the situation and what I was looking for. He was attentive, patient, honest and reassuring that he’d be able to help. And if he couldn’t he said “At the least you had a good time and made a friend with Wine Automotive. Long story short. I was treated with dignity, kindness and respect...... Great customer service I traveled up from S.C. and Andrew Wright and the rest of the team at Wine Auto were very professional. They had the truck detailed for me, and all my I traveled up from S.C. and Andrew Wright and the rest of the team at Wine Auto were very professional. They had the truck detailed for me, and all my paperwork was ready when I got there because they knew I was driving back home the same day. Jay was also very helpful and had alternative financing ready for me to review. One additional note- Andrew was kind enough to call that night and check to make sure I made it home safe. Great place and awesome staff I found this truck online using Carguru and on that app it was listed well below market value and once I got to the dealership and talked to the sales I found this truck online using Carguru and on that app it was listed well below market value and once I got to the dealership and talked to the sales rep I knew why it was listed so low. The truck was in great shape and the few little issues it does have I got in writing that it will be fixed for no charge to me. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and the owner of the dealership actually came in with his dog making the whole place seem very homely and friendly. If looking for a used car then make this your first and last place you need to go. More
