Let us test drive the SUV before making a final decision. Detailed the vehicle for us and even topped it off. They were very willing to show us other vehicles as well. A deal ending in disaster Everyone was nice during the sale but acted like I was a stranger afterward. I had multiple issues that to Mr. Wine's credit were taken care of but a Everyone was nice during the sale but acted like I was a stranger afterward. I had multiple issues that to Mr. Wine's credit were taken care of but after 2 months the transmission went up a major cost for a Lexus and we had to rescind the deal and I was refunded my money but left without a car. Mr. Wine seems honest enough but I still ended up without transportation. Yes, I finally agreed to a refund but I think more could have been done to put me in a decent car. I should have never agreed to the refund but I did and I have to accept that but the whole thing left me very disappointed and without transportation. More

Shawn W. & Wine Automotive Fanatic! My family and I were in a hit and run accident that totaled my 2011 Ford Flex that I LOVED!!! I was so sad not only because it was paid off, but becau My family and I were in a hit and run accident that totaled my 2011 Ford Flex that I LOVED!!! I was so sad not only because it was paid off, but because it was in pristine condition. I hate shopping, especially for a car. I didn't want to deal with pushy people or haggling; so I did a ton of research at home prior to visiting any dealerships. I visited 19 Dealerships and viewed 33 cars before getting to Wine Automotive. Then my husband and I met Shawn Woodlen. He is AMAZING! He actually heard me when I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to pressure us. He genuinely wanted to earn our business and I won't shop with anyone else anymore. Shawn told us that Wine Automotive took pride in it's integrity and service. We saw that in Shawn and Brian Korich who handled our financing. I now have a car that I never imagined that I would be able to own and I couldn't be more happy with it or the people and buying process at Wine Automotive. They have a new raving fan!!!
