worst car buying experience I was looking for a specific type of vehicle so when I found it locally I was excited to purchase it. The sales person I worked with was rude and miss I was looking for a specific type of vehicle so when I found it locally I was excited to purchase it. The sales person I worked with was rude and missed two appointments we made. When I did go to purchase it, he said he would order a license plate bracket and forgot to. The financing rep also forgot to pay off my trade in car, resulting in accrued interest that I was promised the dealership would cover, but after many emails I still have not received the refund for the extra interest that was caused by their mistake. I would not recommend using this dealership unless you just want a cheap car and bad service. More

Corvette disaster Purchased a 95 Corvette in March 2019. I should have taken it somewhere to get inspected. Within 1 week, replaced all 4 dry rotted tires, front bra Purchased a 95 Corvette in March 2019. I should have taken it somewhere to get inspected. Within 1 week, replaced all 4 dry rotted tires, front brakes completely shot, front left bearing needs replaced, car overheats, hoses are cracking and splitting leaving me stranded. I have been stranded twice so far. Car is sitting in the driveway unable to be driven more than 2 miles to the store due to loud knocking in the left front bearing. There goes my corvette dream. A lot of wear and tear, unfortunately I get all the tear. More

upsetting experience I went online looking for a reasonable car and ran across Wine Automotive. I was put in contact with Mark Hartley. I gave all the info that was asked I went online looking for a reasonable car and ran across Wine Automotive. I was put in contact with Mark Hartley. I gave all the info that was asked of me for a 2009 Nissan Maxima. I traveled an 1 hour and 40 minutes on May 4th to finalize everything an give my down payment only to get down there and the car wasn't there. I had just spoke with Mr. Hartley the evening before and confirmed I was coming and he assured me everything was ready to go. After leaving with NO vehicle that day he assured me he was going to make everything right even if he had to reimburse me out of pocket for traveling because the 2009 Nissan Maxima had been loan out, He assured me he would have the car back on Monday. On Monday he said he was going to pick up the vehicle from Jarrett Va and he would call me when he was in route. He even wanted to stop on his way back with the car so I could see the it. I still tried to work with him because it seemed like he was trying to make it right but after a few hours he stop responding to my calls and text messages. I sent him a final text assuring him I was no longer going to keep trying to contact him. I think this is very unprofessional and even when he was telling me he couldn't find the car on the lot he never looked me in the eye to apologize. I think people should keep in mind that you represent the company you work for. I wouldn't recommend the service of this dealership because of my experience. I was very disappointed and felt like my time was wasted. More
