Awful!! I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee May 2016, and its been nothing but trouble for me. I bought it because it looks nice and I definitely wanted the winter I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee May 2016, and its been nothing but trouble for me. I bought it because it looks nice and I definitely wanted the winter package (remote start,heated seats & steering wheel) for winter. Five months later I had to replace a rotor and brake pads and now my engine light is on and that means my remote start wont work. When I had my breaks done I wasn't able to get a loaner car and for only having the car for a few months I think they should have offered me one. Also, the service department hours are ridiculous! Now, December, eight months later I have to take it in for my engine light an remote start. I called them the day my engine light went on and they told me I would have to wait a week before the can get my car in. So, I have vacation this week and thought I would just stop in and ask them if I could get a loaner car because, I didn't want to drive around with my light on and they said "no they don't have one available". Now, its freezing out and I cant even use my remote start that I am paying for. Yeah, I am very upset!! On top of all that the ladies in the service department don't care and have attitudes. I'm sorry I work with people all day every day and our business we do whatever we can to make people happy. We stay late, open earlier, squeeze them in, give gifts or whatever just to make sure they know we care. Baraboo motors has been careless the entire time!! They have all those cars on the lot they can spare one they let people take them home over night/weekend and the employees get to take them. So, why can't they make a customer happy and spare one? If they would've just did that, that would've showed me they cared at least a little, but they couldn't even do that. NEVER will I recommend this place and Never will I buy a car from them again! More
