Our handicapped van broke down (which my daughter needs to get around with her power chair) and I had it towed to this dealer. Tuesday morning I spoke with Samatha and she heard the story and moved me to the top of the service list. They replaced the alternator, saved the battery, and even took care of an open recall. She had us back on the road pretty quick. She even did the leg work for us for warranty coverage. I have never met a more pleasant and professional woman in this line of work. She is one great lady !! Nobody better !! More

I enjoy talking so I may have talked their ears off. Only minor issue was with driver side door trim coming off, I alerted them of this and they in fact fixed it! It looks great now! Hey things happen that's why we have bumper to bumper! The wait time was astonishingly fast and very little. Enjoyed the tiny comfortable lounge, coffee was good and the doughnuts too! I will continue my services with Baraboo Motors Group. I will never buy another vehicle else where. I'm a loyal customer for life, looking forward to the years of service together!
