Bachrodt Baraboo Motors saved our trip on 08/06/2025. We were traveling in WI from MN when our vehicle began sounding weird. When I contacted this dealership they were willing to take me in right awa We were traveling in WI from MN when our vehicle began sounding weird. When I contacted this dealership they were willing to take me in right away despite no availability. It turned out my car needed an urgent and major repair before we hit the road back home. Lucas (the technician) diagnosed the issue and completed the repair as quickly as possible. Tyler (the service advisor) went above and beyond in coordinating with ordering and delivery of the new part from another city (which was an hour away from Baraboo) and of course, all the paperwork and approvals required for the warranty. Under usual circumstances, this repair would take a couple of days. But because of the people who care: Tyler, Lucas, Keith (who I spoke over the phone initially), the courier (who delivered the part promptly on a very rainy day), and let's not forget the management (who made this all possible), this extensive repair was all done in a few hours. Another detail I would like to mention - the clean and cozy customer lounge where I spent my time waiting. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay: very nice coffee, snacks, water, TV, and a bathroom. I wanted to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who was involved in our vehicle's repair. My experience was mostly good. The service department took my vehicle for a couple drives to check for a vibration that wasn’t there. Apparently it’s standard.
