Got the price we wanted to pay for the vehicle, so we were able to add the Auto Armor as well as an additional warranty, since the original warranty was about to expire. They were very patient and kind to work with, not to mention friendly. Especially since I had many questions throughout the process. I would recommend them without hesitation. Hope your computer and printers are all up and running now, Eric! LOL More

Awesome!! We took our older van in for service and unfortunately found out that it was going to cost more to get it running than what it was actually worth. Samantha suggested we see if BMG could get us into a newer used vehicle. Our credit is not the greatest, but Richard and Rick were Wonderful! Both determined to help us get into a newer vehicle. We were pleasantly surprised when Rick informed us that we would be able to get into a brand new car! We excitedly selected a 2015 Dodge Dart due to the fact that my husband commutes 2 hours a day. This is our 2nd experience with Baraboo Motors ... they have yet to disappoint us. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle to stop at BMG, we will not go anywhere else! More

I walked to BMG on Saturday afternoon, and they called a tow company and had our van towed to them. The Service Department was not open until Monday (nothing was open - not even Enterprise Rental). They loaned us a service vehicle, so we could get back to our cabin. When we came in Monday to talk to Dave, he informed us that our transmission was completely gone. We made the decision to buy a new car to get home, rather than repairing our 13-yr old minivan. Everyone in that dealership was so kind and sympathetic to our unfortunate situation. We were allowed to look at all of the vehicles, and we were not pressured in any way to choose one car over another. They were ready to run numbers on any vehicle we chose. The team did their best to move quickly so we could be on our way. We are very happy with the level of service and compassion they showed us. We even had several laughs over football (Bears and Packers fans coming together!) I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. If you are vacationing in the area, and run into problems, you cannot ask for a better experience! Thanks from Chicago! I cannot single out just one person to thank, as this was a TEAM EFFORT! More

My fiancé and I purchased 2 vehicles from Baraboo Motors 2 years ago. We worked with Mike then and when I decided to get a newer Dodge Journey, I wouldn't go any place else. I knew I made the right decision the minute we walked in the door. Mike and Pete remembered us even after not seeing us for 2 years!! I knew exactly which Journey I wanted to purchase because I saw it on their website. We worked again with Mike and between him and Eric Johnson I got the best price for my trade in and the financing I was looking for. It was a very hectic day for them because it was the Tuesday before Christmas and we didn't call ahead. They were kind enough to let us go shopping and called us when they had everything worked out. It saved us time to get our last minute shopping done and not have to wait!! When we returned, Mike went through any questioned I had about the vehicle. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We had a great time working with them and a lot of fun as well.
