We have purchased numerous new vehicles in the past 16 years and have had good and bad experiences with different dealer tactics. Working with Richard was great. He treated us with respect and was understanding of our needs and most importantly to us he did not waste our time with outdated and silly tactics. Richard was helpful with assisting us in checking over and test driving different models and making a deal the same day working around our schedule and getting a new Jeep Wrangler ready to go out the door in a few hours notice. Eric Johnson was our Finance contact and was fast and to the point which was great for us. This is our second new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, both were purchased from Baraboo Motors and both were great experiences.
