I went in expecting to be let down and I got the exact opposite. They worked with my girlfriend and myself throughout the day to make sure we could leave with a dependable, safe, and not to mention snazzy vehicle for our family. We originally wanted a used SUV but after doing some chatting it just wasn't in the cards. However, Bart turned us towards a brand-new, showroom floor 2015 Dodge Dart for the SAME PRICE with 150,000 less miles. My credit is nothing to write home about but Rick and Bart did some finagling, crunched some numbers, and came back with a reasonable solution to help put us in that Dart. Thank you very much, Baraboo Motors Group, for helping out my family. During our day at your dealership not once did we feel like we were being pressured or coerced. It was a very laid-back experience and very accomodating. Bart even hooked me up with some cookies when I mentioned I was hungry. Exceptional service! More

Above and beyond Bart helped me initially find a car that fit what i was looking for only to have my bank turn down financing for it, debt to value ratio was too high Bart helped me initially find a car that fit what i was looking for only to have my bank turn down financing for it, debt to value ratio was too high for the amount of down payment i had. I thought that would be the end of it... but no, to my surprise Bart called a few minutes later and said they had another car they could make work for me. Well two weeks and four test drives later I am a happy buyer of a 2012 Chrysler 200 . BMG and Bart in particular went above and beyond for me and my wife to make sure we had a car we liked and that fit our budget. Even though I had a difficult set of parameters for them to work with they never once backed down from the challenge or made me feel like they didn't want to help me. They WILL be my first stop for my next vehicle! More

SUPERB PEOPLE WORK AT BARABOO MOTORS!!!!!!!!! this is the strangest sale ever to hit Baraboo Motors.Eric Johnson called me (I am an insurance agent) for proof of insurance on a person it turns out this is the strangest sale ever to hit Baraboo Motors.Eric Johnson called me (I am an insurance agent) for proof of insurance on a person it turns out I don't insure.I was whining that my car yet again was being repaired & I was sadly not having any luck with financing to get a different car.Eric said he would try to get me into a NEW car...not a funny joke I thought since I have NEVER owned a new car.Well long story short and within 24 hours Charlie Simmons (who it turns out I insure his brother, small world) was showing me a 2015 Dodge Dart & working at making this dream come true for me!Today 48 hours almost to the minute Charlie Simmons walked me over & handed me the keys to my new car!I can't thank Eric or Charlie or Rick S. enough!They all worked as a team to make this happen.They were there every step of the way with all my silly questions (what is that button?If I hit this will the car blow up?).I am in sales & I am not an easy person with sales people because of that but when sales people enjoy what they do and THESE PEOPLE DO it works out so wonderfully! Best Dealership I have ever done business with!! In my 60 plus years I have purchased more than a few automobiles, I have worked for dealerships and I have never been in a store like this; very relax In my 60 plus years I have purchased more than a few automobiles, I have worked for dealerships and I have never been in a store like this; very relaxed and professional. In this particular circumstance after having a phone conversation with Mr. Richard Beyer I traveled more than a hundred miles to look at a used vehicle and to my surprise and satisfaction the vehicle was as described. Maintenance records were provided and reviewed and I inspected the vehicle at my leisure with any questions or concerns answered. It should be noted that Richard Beyer if he was unable to answer a question had the integrity to say so and went so far as to pull a technician from the maintenance floor. As an aircraft maintenance technician myself I appreciated the time the technician took to explain the functions of systems I was unfamiliar with along with providing me with some maintenance tips. Will I do business with this dealership again? Yes. More
