Just recently, my wife & I came across a used vehicle on a Saturday morning that we decided to purchase. The staff at Baraboo Motors were very polite and honest in all aspects regarding the vehicle we were considering. As we were finishing the purchase, they noticed something that needed to be fixed, that nobody had been aware of. It was a minor issue but they went out of their way that day to fix it, but it still remained. On the next business day, they promptly came and got the vehicle, completely fixed the issue and returned the vehicle to me at work. It was done in an extremely timely manner, at no cost to us. We were very impressed by their honesty and professionalism the day of the sale, but even more impressed by them after the sale! They honestly came through with everything that they said and more, and these days that is not easy to find anymore.
