I was very specific about what color and what amenities I needed for my new car. Mike found me exactly what I was looking for in a very short period of time. The price was good and he gave me a very fair trade in value for my old Jeep. After driving my new vehicle I discovered that the air conditioning did not work properly. They immediately scheduled it for service and gave me a loaner. The problem was fixed along with a few changes that I also wanted done. They gave me an excellent price for an add on of a tow hitch package I wanted on the vehicle. I am confident that Baraboo Motors will stand behind this vehicle and do everything to make sure my vehicle operates the way it should. The financing portion of this purchase was very easy. Eric had everything done ahead of time and he found us a loan with a very attractive interest rate. More

Transmission Repair Noticed a leak of some kind of fluid from my Chrysler Town & Country. I have never had any major repairs to a vehicle before so I was concerned. Noticed a leak of some kind of fluid from my Chrysler Town & Country. I have never had any major repairs to a vehicle before so I was concerned. Initial thoughts were that there was a leak from a faulty transmission gasket. After Baraboo Motors was able to begin the repairs, they determined that a couple of interior parts to the transmission were faulty and the full repair was covered by warranty. I can't tell you how good that made me feel: not only did they repair my vehicle but they took care of me in an honest fashion. I am a loyal customer of Baraboo Motors Group and will remain so just because of this excellent treatment! More

We felt the financial manager really went above and beyond in helping to finalize our loan. The only negative part of our experience was in the detailing of the car itself. We did purchase a used car, but don't feel there should be food or loose change under the seats and sticky hand prints on the inside of the hatch. We also found the "robo" call thanking us for our purchase to be very impersonal. We will certainly consider baraboo motors in the purchase of our next car. More

During my visit, I worked with 3 wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Mike Carney was very helpful in locating a Dodge Journey and also pointed out a Dodge Durango they had on the lot. Mike's knowledge of the options each vehicle has is very impressive. Also, I love his personality. He is so charming and happy it makes it fun to work with him, unlike other sales professional. You can tell he definitely enjoys his job. After deciding on getting the Dodge Durango, we starting working with Pete Steinhauer as well. I know between the 2 of them, they gave me the best deal I could ask for. Pete is great and considers all reasonable offers I made between the price of the new Durango and the trade-in value of my Dodge Journey. Once we settled on price, I started working with Eric Johnson for financing. I knew this was going to be a stretch because of my credit score but Eric knew what he was doing and how to handle my situation. He got me the financing at a rate I was really happy with. All 3 of them are like having a prince charming at your side. I love all the help they gave me without the high pressure sale. I would recommend Baraboo Motors to anyone looking for all types of cars, SUVs or trucks. More
