They listen to the customer and sell them what the customer not only wants, but what their needs require. They tell you all the great things about a vehicle, but they also let you know the "downfalls" that may not fit into your lifestyle. The sales staff is not your typical "Hard Core" salesperson. They really LISTEN to the customer, his/her needs, wants, and lifestyle. Our salesperson, Charlie Simmons was absolutely awesome. He listened to what we wanted and needed in a vehicle. He listened and understood the handicaps that my husband has and we walked away with a really great car. We bought a used vehicle and I wanted a few things added. He immediately took care of that for me (roof rack rails, and a new cargo tie down clip in the back). I also mentioned that I wanted a cargo shade and Charlie got on the internet and called me to tell me what he had found, on his own time. When time to pick up the car, I not only had my roof rack rails installed and new cargo tie down installed, but he also had gotten his hands on a cargo shade and had it installed free for me. That kind of personal service does not go unnoticed. I most definitely will be recommending this dealership as well as our salesperson, Charlie Simmons to everyone we associate with. My husband and I could not be happier. Awesome job Charlie and to all in the dealership that support him and helped him to make our dream of owning a Jeep Grand Cherokee come true. More
