I've been putting off trading in my car for fear of being rejected and not satisfied over the final outcome. Finally, I decided not to put anymore money into my car after hitting a deer. I pulled in the lot and was greeted by Charlie. He was very welcoming and cracked a joke about the appearance of my car. I went in with an open mind but still being a very picky person. Charlie was very patient with my demands, and very accommodating. He showed me several options in new and used cars that would be in my price range. After test driving a few, I had made my decision. Throughout the whole process Eric was finding the perfect loan for my situation. I am very grateful I came in that day and these two gentlemen changed my perspective on the stereotype. I love my used (new to me) car, it is everything I didn't know I needed! More

One word...Excellent! We were in need of a newer/safer car before winter hit. We had done a lot of research on cars and dealers before being directed to BMG & Mike Eberle. We went in with the intention of looking at a Dodge Nitro but given my recent bankruptcy Mike steered us to a Chrysler 200 they had just gotten in that he felt would better fit our needs. Turns out it was exactly what we were looking for, right down to the color, options and within our budget. Mike was a dream to work with, took the time to listen to our needs, go over everything and answer any questions we had about the vehicle. Every other salesman we have ever dealt with was all about the sale and not about the person buying the vehicle. Rick to made the process an easy one when going over all of our final paperwork, answered all of our questions and making sure we understood the ins and outs of it all.
