Excellent service I made an appointment for service on Friday, to come in the following Monday. I received a call after 8 asking if I had forgotten. I called back at 9: I made an appointment for service on Friday, to come in the following Monday. I received a call after 8 asking if I had forgotten. I called back at 9:10 to say I had indeed forgotten. They did not berate me, but said they could come by and pick up my car in order to do the repairs right away. I was surprised and very pleased. They picked up the car, fixed it and returned it before I was done with work. No extra charge. What a great service department. More

One in a million My friend needed a used car and we stopped by BMG to see their used car inventory. She found a very nice and clean 2008 Malibu. Mike, our salesman, went out of his way to make sure she could drive her new car home that day. Unfortunately, the car developed a loud exhaust leak that night. Since it was a used car with no warranty, she was a little nervous about taking it back to the dealership. Long story short, Mike, Sam (Service Manager), and Pete (Owner) assured her that they would make things 'right'. Well, not only did they fix the exhaust leak (at no charge), but they inspected and replaced several other suspension components as well. While I was fully prepared to pay the bill, Sam told me they would take care of it. We simply cannot express how grateful we are for EVERYTHING they did! They went over and above any dealership I have ever purchased a car from. I will definitely being buying my next vehicle from BMG! More

It is important for us first not because we've worked to a Hospitality Industry but to make us feel very welcomed. Bart gave us a welcoming smile when we came in and helping us in finding the best option of the car we need since we don't know what car we're looking for and he went through of everything and we appreciate it a lot. It was an easy process, it may have some complications but they gave their very best to see options to help their client that what makes them above and beyond of their service keeping their clients very happy when they step out to the door.
