Within seconds of looking at the car we were interested in, Charlie came out and greeted us and was so nice and friendly. He also went out of his way to help us in a small mishap we had, (I had accidentally locked the keys in our car when we took the Mitsubishi for a test drive). He let us use a loaner car to drive to our home to pick up our spare key. Such great service. Eric in the finance department was just as nice, friendly and helpful. Comming Home Just stopped to look at some Challengers, but they were all sold out. Bart Kociecki was very friendly and he mentioned that they were cooking brats a Just stopped to look at some Challengers, but they were all sold out. My wife and I felt this was more of a cook out than a dealership. Bart was very professional in showing us the different makes of cars and SUV'S. Bart mentioned he had a blue charger in the show room . I told Bart I really don't like the color blue or the charger. He said I should take a look at it and I did and I fell in love. I decided to buy the charger and Rick Schwandt was fantastic to work with. He was able to get us a very low rate and was very informative in all of the paper we were signing. Also we met Pete Steinhauer in the end when we were all done. Everyone was very relaxed and made you feel like you belonged and you were part of the family. We are glad we stopped. More
