Great service experience We broke down on are way to a wedding and had to be towed to a dealership. The service department were so very helpful. They had to do some searching for the parts that they did not have in stock. Also they were able to get us in on a Friday afternoon, and had us back on the road by the end of the day. They kept us up on the progress of our repair I have had some bad experiences at dealership in our area so being that we were not local I was a little skeptical. Was the best experience I have every had and would have my vehicle service they any time. I also want to thank Samantha Faul for being so pleasant and all the others at the service counter. Would recommend dealership to anyone! I purchased a used vehicle from Baraboo motors which ended up having recalls that caused recurring problems. I had to take the vehicle back a few time I purchased a used vehicle from Baraboo motors which ended up having recalls that caused recurring problems. I had to take the vehicle back a few times to get repairs and each time Baraboo motors provided me with excellent customer service. Having to take the vehicle back over and over became a hassle. Baraboo Motors understands how frustrating it must be for me as a customer, so they're putting me into a nicer, newer car. I really appreciate that Baraboo Motors never stopped working with me. My mother and I both own vehicles from Baraboo motors and would recommend them to anyone! More
