Great place for a woman to feel empowered to buy a car! As a woman, buying a car can be kind of crappy. At least that's been my experience. Most of the sales people are men, and tend to take you for a ride, As a woman, buying a car can be kind of crappy. At least that's been my experience. Most of the sales people are men, and tend to take you for a ride, or hit on you. It the day and age we live in. Women aren't really looked at as knowledgeable when it comes to much and when looking at buying a new vehicle, let's face it, it's a man's world. I've bought several of my vehicles from the same dealership. Over the past few years, my view of that dealership has soured because of their treatment of me. When it was time to begin thinking of getting a new vehicle this time, I thought perhaps I'd feel out a few new places to see if it was just a general thing I'd have to deal with, or if there actually WERE nice folks out there. I went to one dealership and immediately left there lot after about 5 minutes of being hounded. I went back to my regular dealership and was treated poorly. Then, on a whim, I went to Baraboo Motors. I am so glad I did!!! Charlie was amazing. Not only did he take the time to walk me through a bunch of different vehicles, but he did pressure me one bit. He listened to me while I worked through what I wanted and then told him exactly what I had my heart set on. Then, he went and tracked that vehicle down for me! I am now the proud owner of the EXACT vehicle I wanted. While I waited for everything to be done (paperwork and such) my kiddos were treated just as importantly as me. They even gave us a welcome kit which my 9 year old loved! I can't tell you how important every little step on the way to owning my new Jeep was. And how when one of those things doesn't happen, it creates an awful experience. Our Jeep is part of our family. It was a big decision. Charlie was like a good friend that helped me along the way. NOT a salesman. Everyone at Baraboo Motors was. That's really amazing! I will be back and I've already told everyone I know. Thanks Charlie!! More
