I was met as I entered the area and was asked what I was looking for. I was shown a range of prices and condition. The sales man was thorough, knew his inventory, and was around enough to answer questions as well as back a ways to let me look the car over unhindered. The test drive was informative and pretty much allowed me to determine the car's suitability for me. More

The treatment we received from Charlie and Richard made the trip worth it. They were efficient, personable, and had our family's best interest in mind. We got a very fair trade-in price for our old vehicle. They took care of everything from having a lot of the paperwork done ahead of time to dealing with our insurance company. Not the average trip to a dealership While I was on a mini vacation in the Baraboo area, before the family and I went to some fireworks we decided to kill time and look at some cars. My m While I was on a mini vacation in the Baraboo area, before the family and I went to some fireworks we decided to kill time and look at some cars. My mother and aunt had been to BMG before and saw a great vehicle at a great price but it had sold off the lot quickly. Fast forward to this trip, we were looking for vehicles with no intention of buying; until we found a beautiful Jeep in mere perfect condition, low mileage and a fantastic price. I am not the type to dive into a financial commitment without doing my homework especially on the drop of a dime. Bart, who took care of me from the beginning understood that a financial commitment requires some think time and some research. With Bart's willingness to work with me I was able to take a few days to consider the purchase, figure out financial options that best fitted me and my budget and four days later on his day off we met to finalize the deal. I have never made a decision on a whim like this before but I do not regret it at all. The service from the beginning to end was amazing and will be more than willing to travel the hour and a half the next time I or someone in my family needs a new vehicle. Thank You Bart and BMG!! More

vacation break down During our vacation the Fuel Pump relay that had been recalled and fixed failed. I called and spoke with Mariah and she was able to get the 2012 Dura During our vacation the Fuel Pump relay that had been recalled and fixed failed. I called and spoke with Mariah and she was able to get the 2012 Durango in at 2pm. After having it towed to the dealership, the tech (Marvin) was able to get the Durango up and running in about 1 1/2 hrs. The equally impressive part was the fact that the part was not in stock and they sent someone out to pick it up. Although it was an inconvenience to have the car break down during a vacation 7 hrs from home. It is nice to know that there are dealerships and staff that go the extra mile to help you out when needed the most. Thanks again, James Bailey More
