AMAZING Experience I stopped in there to set up a service check for my jeep. The jeep was vibrating, rattling, shaking something fierce. It was doing this before and just got wors..I walked in and was greeted by Sandy. Who is just amazing. I told her what was going and she asked if i ever thought about getting into a new car. I was like no, don't waste your time on me. I don't have the best credit. She said ya just never know. So i tried it. Cause honestly who wouldn't want a new car. In the interim also made an appt to visit the service department, very nice team there too! Long story short, the team, Sandy, Rick, and Kristen, worked hard to get me into a safe vehicle for me and my family that i could afford. Brand new 2018 Dodge Journey!!!! Even with my not so good credit! They got me out of a car that was going to start costing me more money than I had and that was just unsafe to drive. They were kind, thoughtful, not pushy at all, open and HONEST about my options, and just super friendly and understanding. I would 1000% recommend this dealership and Sandy as the sales rep. They worked great as a team and you don't find that often at dealerships. I can't thank them enough. More
