Very nice to do business with! I had called the dealership on Friday to inquire about the car we saw on the internet and thought we may want. We actually arrived before 8:00, not officially open yet, another salesperson, Charlie, asked if he could help. Charlie went and brought the car up and said take it for a drive and take your time. When we came back Mike was in and took care of us from there. Cole got involved with the negotiations and we shortly came to an agreement on a price that we felt was fair. The finance Dept was great as well, they of course presented many options (extended warranties, protections, etc.) explained them well and didn't aggressively try to up sell. While we were waiting for some of the paperwork to process the owner, Pete, stopped by and talked with us, thanked us and asked where we came from, how we heard about them etc. They are delivering the car to us today, we live about 2.5 hrs from the dealership! Long story short, we would definitely purchase from them again. More

The Baraboo Motors group is where it's at for buying a vehicle. I told them that I have an unreliable vehicle and I told them I had kids. I was looking for a small pickup truck. I found a Nissan Frontier at Baraboo Motors. I was greeted by Charles Simmons as soon as I got out of my car. It was cold out so Charlie said let me pull the trunk Frontier at Baraboo Motors. I was greeted by Charles Simmons as soon as I got out of my car. It was cold out so Charlie said let me pull the trunk into the service bay so we could look at in in a warm place. after looking at the truck we took it for a test ride and was happy with the truck. so we returned to the dealership and met with Charlie and was treated like family and we worked out a deal on the truck. This was on Friday so wanted to pick it up on Monday but had a big snow storms Monday and we are an hour away so changed the pickup date to Wed. The paper work was ready when we got there. We did the paper work and was on our way in less than a half an hour. Great service and very friendly Dealership. Everyone we talked to was very up beat and ready to help us in any way they could.
