He went above and beyond to walk me through all the steps of purchasing a new truck. No hassle, no gimmicks, just honesty and fair sales from start to finish. Cole taught me so much. He was the only sales department I felt I could trust after months of trying to buy a vehicle and getting the run around from so many others. His customer service is top notch! We were camping nearby and the brakes started grinding the day before without any warning noise. We had to drive home to Burlington the following afternoon. I was really worried going in to look for a new car. I had no idea where to start. Charlie made it easy and was not pushy at all.
