This is our 3rd purchase from Bachrodt. Kristen is an absolute gem! We had so many questions and had a time trying to figure out what we really wanted. Just bought my first new car and I am so glad to have done so at Bachrodt!! I was instantly met with help and they were quick and courteous with getting me into the cars that held my interest. Top notch customer service on our new Jeep Wrangler! Super easy purchase and paperwork.
