I came to Bachman VW on whim and was floored at the reasonable prices; your money truely goes further at Bachman VW. Josh was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the Jetta I was looking at, but he also understood that at the time I was just looking. Because of his laid back, no pressure sales approach and the quality of the product, I came back the next day to make a purchase. After making my purchase I realized that the car did not have a certain set of floor mats that Josh and I both thought it did. Josh found the floor mats (which were not included in the purchase price) and gave them to me at no cost. Honestly, after dealing with Josh and the bachman staff, this act of good will was not suprising. I can honestly say my car buying experience was literally perfect. If you are looking for a new vehicle, go to Bachman VW and ask for Josh Edgar. You will be pleasantly suprised and hard pressed to find a better salesman anywhere in this area. More

I was greeted by the nicest salesman, Bill Guelda, who made me feel very comfortable, let me test drive the car, gave me a fantastic trade-in allowance on my Honda Insight, and I bought the car that morning. As much as I disliked my Insight and the Swope dealership, I love my VW Jetta Wagon and the Bachmann dealership. I have recommended Bill to friends and told everyone how wonderful the dealership is. Josh was great! No high presure sales pitch. None of the usual "car salesman" tactics. We test drove the car, and fell in love with it. My wife says it is her favorite car of all time, that is saying a lot. I told them what I thought was a good price for the car based on my research of this car on the internet. They accepted my offer, and we bought the car. It was just a great experience, and a very welcome one, for us both. I had actually started to buy a car at another dearlership and ended up walking out because of the whole "car salesmen" song and dance. The going back and forth to the "manager" and we can do this or that crap. None of this at Bachman, just friendly and knowledgable staff, with no presure. We have had the car for a couple of weeks now and simple love it. Thanks Josh and Bachman for showing us that buying a car can be a fun and exciting experience. More

Josh Edgar was a great salesman, and his follow-up since my purchase has been excellent. My dealings with the service department have been routine scheduled maintenance, which has been handled very well, i my purchase has been excellent. The shuttle has also been convenient, timely, and friendly. I never feel "talked down to"as a female, and I am very happy with every aspect of doing business with Bachman Volkswagen. Although it was the end of the night and we were looking for a used car on a modest budget, Josh's attitude towards helping us in every manner possible was unmatchable.
