Lindsey is friendly, knowledgeable and listens to customers. "Little" things like making sure I got the non-factory stereo from my trade-in ... along with the CD I left in the stereo by mistake ... t customers. From beginning to end, the entire process was outstanding. Lindsey was perfect from the start with her no pressure sales, great product knowledge, and even showed me features on the vehicle I wa outstanding. She did her best to explain things and answer my difficult questions throughout the whole process. She stuck with me even after we didn’t close on the first day. I live out of state and needed a couple weeks to sort some things out, but the whole time we remained in contact over the phone or email. Once I was ready to make the purchase she worked with me to hold the vehicle until I made the trip up to finalize everything. Compared to the other dealerships I have gone to, this was the most pleasant. Thank you Lindsey and Bachman! More
Our VW Golf was in for a ERG recall and Bachman service didn't reinstall the ERG bracket. So after about 10,000 miles a ERG cooler pipe vibrated until it broke into. I didn't realize the bracket was't t didn't reinstall the ERG bracket. So after about 10,000 miles a ERG cooler pipe vibrated until it broke into. I didn't realize the bracket was't there and I replaced the broken pipe. After about another 10,000 pipe broke again. I was told by a good auto tech (not Bachman) that maybe they didn't replace a bracket. I didn't know what bracket it was and talked to Bachman's shop foreman (Bill Smith) and said they wouldn't leave a part out. The pipe broke again. I Googled it and found other dealers across country have left this bracket off during this EGR RECALL and the pipe will fail. After showing Bachman's service manager (Sherry Baker) all of my documents of service and the Google references she only would agree to furnish the bracket they left off and wouldn't even replace the pipe. Worst service in world. Left me waiting, hoping I would go away. Knowing what they did wrong. All I wanted was the price of the pipes I brought from them. I have never complained in writing before, but I feel I need to warn others about how bad Bachman's service is. "BEWARE of BACHMAN service" More
In October 2011 I began my search for a new Passat at Bachman VW. I had chosen Bachman VW because I had been so impressed with the service department's work on my 2006 Jetta. I had the good fortune to se Bachman VW. I had chosen Bachman VW because I had been so impressed with the service department's work on my 2006 Jetta. I had the good fortune to select Les Hudson as my sales agent. It was the right choice. Les was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions, and while he made me aware of all options that were available to me, there was no pressure whatsoever. I got the exact car I wanted at the right price, and I give the credit to Les Hudson. I would strongly recommend Les Hudson if you are looking for a VW.
