June 2023. These people are liars/incompetent. Prior to purchasing a new Subaru Crosstrek I was told the first 3 oil changes would be free and that I could get These people are liars/incompetent. Prior to purchasing a new Subaru Crosstrek I was told the first 3 oil changes would be free and that I could get them done at their Jeffersonville Indiana location. Once I finished signing all of the paperwork, I was told I would be getting only the first oil change for free and it had to be at the Louisville location. Also, prior AND on the day I signed the paperwork to purchase the car, I said to the salesman and the finance guy multiple times that the title must say my name “or” my husbands name instead of “and”. Well the title came in the mail today. It says “ and”. Now I am going to have to pay more money to get this corrected. The finance guy was extremely aggressive and agitated when I said I did not want to purchase ANY of the numerous additional warranties that he was trying to sell me. I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated. I will not recommend this car dealer to anyone ever and I will never buy a car from them again. More

Subaru isn’t the same in my mind due to their incredibly poor handling of this SOS button issue. My car arrived at Bachman 6 weeks ago. I got it yesterday! Wow. Just horrific. My last car was a Honda and I always got amazing service anytime I went in so I am sorry that Bachman subaru can’t do better than they do. Robin is who I worked with today and he failed miserably.
