Vic and the service department are the best! My granddaughter's 2013 sonata was running rough and was taken to this dealership. It needed a coil something and was ordered. The service department was awesome and charged the minimum for my Elantra’s problem. Got an appointment for the next day online and they had my car 3 hours total. Victor was great. Customer service is horrible from service consultant to the service manager. Had my car there for over a week. Left multiple messages including the service manager without calls back. When I finally did the service manager. Had my car there for over a week. Left multiple messages including the service manager without calls back. When I finally did get call back from the service consultant, I only got vague information, asked for quote on work that may need to be done and did not receive that info. I had to go to this dealer in person 3 times in order to find out exactly what was being done, if anything with my car. To this day have never received a call back from the service manager. I towed my car elsewhere to get it fixed. More
