Avoid this business like the plague. There is no worse customer service in Kentuckiana when it comes to their service department. Sales is decent but if you’re in need of a repair, make the drive elsewher customer service in Kentuckiana when it comes to their service department. Seven Days for a battery My daughter took her car here because the battery wouldnt stay charged. Dropped off Tuesday night. Called wed thru monday. Im calling and getting sent to voicemail. Most unprofessional service department ever. 7 days and 380.00 dollars later for battery and oil change, they have forever lost our business. Couldnt get a loaner, or a phone call back. Never experienced anything like this before. Totally unacceptable!! All they had to give back after seven days of her car sitting on their lot was apologies.. Do not take your car here for service. More

The whole experience was awesom This review is for two different deals, with Adrian Maddox =: 1.) I bought a used Ram 1500 from Adrian in Fall 2018. The whole experience was awesome, from start to finish. Adrian was very attentive to my needs, however, he was tied up with another customer. To ensure I was taken care of, I was paired with Scott Harper. Scott made sure the whole deal went flawlessly. There was some negotiation with my trade, but the whole deal worked out great! My husband and I are still loving our "New to us" Ram 1500. *5 out of 5 Stars* 2.) This next deal happened recently, with just Adrian. I was working a deal, remotely, for my mother who lived 3 hours away. The whole experience was great, and there was negotiation on both ends (which is GOOD). The numbers were worked out, but my mother just could not make the drive up, to finish the deal. Both my mother and I had a great experience, and highly recommend Adrian and Bachman Jeep! More

Worst Service! We bought a brand new Ram 2500 Diesel truck 1.5 years ago from this dealership when it was owned by Bales. Since then, the truck has been in at least We bought a brand new Ram 2500 Diesel truck 1.5 years ago from this dealership when it was owned by Bales. Since then, the truck has been in at least six times for the same transmission issue that has not yet been resolved. Dodge/Chrysler/Ram Corporate is now involved. Do NOT buy from this dealership - or better yet, do NOT buy Ram products. Wish someone would have warned us! More

Deserves lower than 1 star rating! Brand new 2017 Ram ProMaster City Van. Purchase from this dealership. At 5,800 miles the ac went out. Had to wait 10 days before I could get servic Brand new 2017 Ram ProMaster City Van. Purchase from this dealership. At 5,800 miles the ac went out. Had to wait 10 days before I could get service appointment. Then was told it wasn't covered by the warranty. Rock hit the ac condenser coil. "my fault" offered no proof, no visual inspection of part.....just "my fault" NO WARRANTY COVERAGE. Bumper to bumper warranty means nothing, you pay end of story.....not quiet.....traded van immediately for a Ford Transit Connect just so that I would never have to drive on this dealership lot again. This is just one experience, I could go on.... this dealership should come with a "WARNING LABEL" BEWARE!!! PS: did I mention the Brand New Vehicle on had 5,800 miles!!!! More
