Note: we stay at an RV park during the summer. And with two vehicles, it’s a great convenience to be able to get oil changes and tires rotated right at our RV site. Jonathan was professional, competent and very courteous. I was very assured that my vehicles were in good hands. These folks are my go to team when we stay on the rim for the summer. More

took my 2022 F-150 in for navigation issues. Had to bring it in 2x as service tried to figure out the GPS issue. After the 2nd visit and a new part installed, I was told i needed to have a subsc Had to bring it in 2x as service tried to figure out the GPS issue. After the 2nd visit and a new part installed, I was told i needed to have a subscription for the GPS to work. Have had the truck since June of 2023 and GPS has worked up until 1 month ago. Service told me they would waive the $100 deductable in my plan I purchased but that i owed $16.00 for the part that never fixed the issue. The part should have never been ordered if they had determined a GPS subscription was needed. Now my truck direction is always going North! Who has ever heard of a subsription needed for GPS. Why was this never communicated to us when we purchase the vehicle?? Service told me it was the FIRST time they had heard this and gave me no direction to go but to call connected services to figure it out. CS was zero help at all. Completely disapointed with this interaction and service from this dealership as I am a Ford person. More
