Called about a car that was listed on Cars.com. I asked a simple question, which was, Is the price for the car listed online the price plus your normal Tax, Registration and and other standard fees? Dealer d simple question, which was, Is the price for the car listed online the price plus your normal Tax, Registration and and other standard fees? Dealer didn't want to discuss any pricing. They wanted me to come down to the dealership to discuss fees. I explained how busy I was and how much I was interested in buying the vehicle, but need to know if anything was added to the car before I head over there. Dealer finally stated that the car has a protection package and accessories that is not listed in the price. I told the sale's person that I was not interested in any protection package and or accessories. I was told sorry but they've already been added and cannot be removed. This added two to three thousand to the price of the car. Making the car now, not the Truecar price. More

This company is horrible. They will promise the moon when offering a deal, but never perform what they promise. Their all about helping the person with bad credit, only because they can take advantage of you offering a deal, but never perform what they promise. Their all about helping the person with bad credit, only because they can take advantage of you. They sell unsafe cars. I test drove a car that had a problem and was assured it would be repaired. I was also told that the expensive warranty contract would cover my entire car, but it didn't. I was told many times that my car had been to a "dealership" for work, which it hadnt. They took my car on several occasions to their "mechanic" for work, which was not a mechanic by any definition of the word, but an auto body shop! More
