Need a better way to schedule service This dealer is a pain to schedule any service: You have to call and leave a message because no one ever picks up. Sometimes you have to call twice before someone calls you back. Then you have to "fight" with the loaner keeper Hailey? to get a loaner (even though you bought the car from them - don't even think about getting a loaner if you didn't buy your car there). Why doesn't BMW Group figure out a way to develop an online tool to schedule service with a loaner? If Wyoming Valley could do a better job with scheduling service and loaners, they'd be a great dealer. They have a fantastic facility. More
