Most Seamless Car Purchase Ever! I very recently special ordered and purchased a brand new 440i M-Sport at Wyoming Valley BMW. This was my third BMW purchase but my first purchase I very recently special ordered and purchased a brand new 440i M-Sport at Wyoming Valley BMW. This was my third BMW purchase but my first purchase at Wyoming Valley BMW. The sales associate that I dealt with was Robert. I can honestly say that this was the most fluid and seamless vehicle purchase that I have ever undergone. My first two BMWs were purchased in Southern CA where dealerships can be on the pretentious and sadly, sometimes arrogant side. Not at Wyoming Valley BMW! I was treated professionally and respectfully from start to finish. I first dealt with Robert on the phone to schedule an appointment where he answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and knowingly. When I arrived at the dealership, Robert was all prepared for me and made me feel right at home. All of my concerns were answered honestly and there was absolutely no pushiness or coaxing by any of the associates there. Robert allowed me to take my time, work in a fair price and perform research on the many specific technical questions that I had. I almost felt like I had known Robert for a while….like an old friend. From the time that I ordered my car to until it arrived from Germany took approximately 2.5 months which is fine as that is fairly normal. Throughout the entire timeline, Robert keep me abreast of its status and ETA. In addition, throughout that timeline, I had even more technical questions for Robert. In each instance, he responded to me immediately, accurately and confidently. Even now, a few weeks after getting my keys, I still have a question here or there for Robert. Again, he responds promptly and accurately. I can honestly say that I really did enjoy the entire process working with the team at WV BMW from the moment I connected with Robert on the phone to now – post purchase – when I still have questions and concerns. In conclusion, I can say that there is no one else that I will buy a Bimmer from as long as Robert is at Wyoming Valley BMW. More
