Car purchase during a Pandemic. The lease on our current BMW was due but the dealerships were closed. I contacted Wyoming Valley BMW and was given Rob Stitzer as my sales person. Muc The lease on our current BMW was due but the dealerships were closed. I contacted Wyoming Valley BMW and was given Rob Stitzer as my sales person. Much to my surprise he could do everything virtually. He sent me all the photos, pricing,and information pertaining to the new lease. I was able to review it all on my IPad at my leisure. When my wife and I wanted to take a look at the two we were considering, Rob put both of them outside under cover and much to our delight,unlocked. It was a nice touch that really helped our decision. All of my dealings with Wyoming Valley BMW have been great over the years and I highly recommend them. More

Rob Stitzer was amazing when it came to looking for and purchasing our new X5. He was patient and willing to work with us on anything we needed.
