I live in north jersey which is 2 hours away from this dealer. First I like one car online. They contact me right away. They knew I was far so they waited for me even they don't know if I was going to buy the car. They prepared everything when I arrived. In these bad Covid days everything went perfect. Specially Ben Duboff helped me and show me everything about the car. They are all clean and wearing masks. They respect all 6 ft rules etc. After I test drive the car, I'd like to purchase it. Purchasing procces was so easy. There were few little issues on my end but finance manager Bill did his best to take care of them and next day my car was all ready to pick up. I'm a BMW fan and I've been to many BMW Authorized dealer. These guys are one of the best. Thank you for this type of good experience More
