He goes out of his way to see that any problems are corrected to your satisfaction and that you get the best service at the best price. He has assisted me on a couple of issues over the years that I feel he went way above his responsibility to ensure that I was satisfied with service provided. My son and I were on the way to look at a new pick-up truck lease, when we decided to stop at Wyoming Valley BMW and walk the lot. So glad we did. I saw something that interested me and went inside to ask to see the interior of a given model. We met Robert Stitzer, and I am so glad we did. Robert answered all my questions, and offered us a test drive, which I accepted. Long story short, I never went to see that pickup truck lease. I ended leaving with a 2017 CPO X5, and the process was totally amazing! From the pre-sale to the close, the individuals at Wyoming Valley BMW could not have been nicer. This was my first BMW, but not my first luxury car purchase. I can tell you the experience here is on a new level. Everyone, and I mean everyone is not only friendly, but go out of their way to make sure there is nothing that is needed. From working with Rob, to meeting the general manager, the BMW Genius Cody and the Finance Manager, Kevin, I could not have been happier. I have owned many vehicles and this purchase experience has far surpassed all others. I have only had my CPO for a few days, but already the follow-up service has been top notch. I forgot some items in my trade, and had several questions on the tech in the vehicle. Once I called Robert, all was resolved and quickly. If this is how the experience will continue, I will be a customer for a very long time. Don't take my word alone on this, if you are interested in these type of vehicles, stop by and speak with them.
