This dealership told me that EVERY car that they sell comes with an aftermarket alarm/tracking/anti-theift device that they install themselves. I was told EVERY car they have for sale has it installed AN comes with an aftermarket alarm/tracking/anti-theift device that they install themselves. I was told EVERY car they have for sale has it installed AND the customer has to pay $399 to buy it. NO alternatives. YOU are required to buy the aftermarket alarm/tracking device that is already installed by them at the dealership, EVEN if YOU rather NOT , or prefer NOT to have it or even if you do not want it, because you want your vehicle un-molested, stock or you prefer to have your own alarm system installed that might be different or have a preference for a different brand. YOU DO NOT HAVE A CHIOCE. .....PERIOD. They install this aftermarket alarm/tracker/anti-theft device into every car they keep in stock and sell and you have to pay for it and even worse have to accept this aftermarket product installed on the vehicle of your choice. SCAM if I ever saw one. More

From the moment I expressed interest in purchasing a car from this dealership there was something special about the way they engage potential customers, which was unlike anything I’ve seen before. From the personalized welcome videos from various employees, interactions with sales associates and even the finance team, professional excellence across the board, which says a lot about the management staff and tone from the top. Every one was well informed and patient having answered all my questions ensuring I, the customer was satisfied. This may seem like something any dealership would do to secure the deal, but this was not case. I would like to personally point out that Mr. Robert “Rob” Stitzer, whom worked with me throughout the entire purchase process was extremely well mannered with a non-predatory type mentality is truly an example of this dealership’s standards.
